    Please Note: By submitting the form you are acknowledging the below Terms and Conditions:
    1. If Quantity of Unit to be submitted is more then One Unit, Please add all serial numbers by adding comma sign in between.
    2. If the player is not under warranty period then Service Charges for checking/troubleshooting the player will be applied.
    3. A quote for Repairing or Replacement will be sent for confirmation. Afterwhich the player will be repaired or replaced.
    4. 100% advance need to be paid for service charges, repairing or replacement of unit.
    5. Delivery Period will vary on issue, please ask the support engineer about the delivery period time.
    6. Unit needs to be submitted & collected from our office address via in person or we will be sending it through courier.
