Business Development Manager

 Key Responsibilities for Business Development Manager

  •  Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  •  Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Respond to inbound live chat, email and telephone sales enquiries.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Travel to resellers and customers offices throughout India and occasionally overseas to develop relationships and generate new business.
  • Maintain relationship with existing channel (distributors & resellers) by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Attend industry functions, such as trade events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Managing team of Business Development Executive.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of Business Development experience.

Marketing and Communication Executive

Key Responsibilities for M&C Executive

Technical Support Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing technical and diagnostic support for all hardware / software problems to our clients remotely or onsite.
  • Maintaining overall ownership of users issue & service ensuring resolution within agreed service levels.
  • Managing the help-desk system by recording appropriate information for fault incident and resolving the fault from a remote location or by accessing the user’s desktop or onsite.
  • Managing service requests, software installations, new computer setups, upgrades, etc.
  • Troubleshooting Hardware & Network related issues.
  • Troubleshooting Specific Software related issues.
  • Troubleshooting Operating System and general software related issues.
  • Recording escalations from customers and notify the IT head on any operational escalations and complaints.
  • Resolving the queries in accordance with help-desk escalation process.
  • Onsite Installations and Technical Demos (Mumbai or outside) to be done

KEY SKILLS:

  • Computer Savvy
  • Technical & Helpdesk support knowledge & skill
  • Hardware & Networking knowledge
  • Quick learner, Software testing & reporting skills
  • Good oral & written communication skills
  • Ability to exercise judgement within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action to resolve any technical issue.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
  • Must be self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
